Reselling HighLevel as SaaS and white label
White label puts your brand on the login. SaaS Mode lets people buy your plans and get an account without you lifting a finger. Here is what each takes.

Agencies resell HighLevel in two ways that often get mixed up:
- White label: your clients log in at your own domain, see your logo, and never need to know the software is HighLevel. You still create and manage their accounts.
- SaaS Mode: you sell subscription plans, and when someone pays, HighLevel creates their sub-account automatically with the features, limits and snapshot attached to that plan.
Which plan you need
| Capability | Starter $97 | Unlimited $297 | Agency Pro $497 |
|---|---|---|---|
| White-label desktop web app (your domain and logo) | See note | Yes | Yes |
| Unlimited client sub-accounts | No (3) | Yes | Yes |
| Rebill phone and email at cost | No | Yes | Yes |
| Rebill with your markup | No | No | Yes |
| SaaS Mode and automated sub-account creation | No | No | Yes |
HighLevel's pricing FAQ says you can white-label the desktop web app and connect custom domains; with only three sub-accounts, Starter is not a realistic reselling plan anyway. SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and rebilling with markup are listed only on Agency Pro. Plan details are from gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked October 27, 2026.
Setting up white label
HighLevel's help center describes four steps:
- Create a CNAME record at your DNS provider for a subdomain you own, commonly something like app.youragency.com.
- In Agency View, Settings, Company, Whitelabel, enter that subdomain as your Whitelabel Domain.
- Upload your agency logo.
- Add your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions URLs.
SSL is issued automatically once DNS points correctly. You can also brand system-generated links with an API domain. HighLevel offers a white-label mobile app as a separate add-on at $497 a month.
How SaaS Mode works
SaaS Mode is set up in the SaaS Configurator in agency view. HighLevel's getting-started guide (updated September 2026) describes two billing setups:
- SaaS V1 uses Stripe as the billing system of record. You connect Stripe under Agency View, Settings, Stripe.
- SaaS V2 uses one of your own agency sub-accounts as the billing system of record, with a supported payment provider connected under that sub-account's Payments, Integrations.
From there the steps are:
- Create a plan category (it groups plans into upgrade and downgrade paths and sets the currency).
- Add a plan: name, monthly and/or annual price, features, snapshot, add-ons, Marketplace apps, trial or credits, and usage billing. At least one feature is required.
- Sell it through a funnel order form, or copy the plan's sale link from Plans & Pricing and share it.
- When a customer pays, HighLevel creates or links their sub-account, applies the attached snapshot and activates the subscription.
You can also put an existing client on a SaaS plan manually from Manage Client, including a special price for that one client.
Rebilling and add-ons: where margin is won or lost
On Agency Pro, phone, email and supported AI usage can be rebilled to each customer with a markup you set. Paid add-ons are different, and HighLevel's own guide calls this the point agencies most often get wrong: if you include an add-on such as WordPress hosting or WhatsApp in a SaaS plan, your agency is charged for it and the customer is not, so the cost has to be built into your plan price.
Pricing your plans: a simple model
Work it out per customer, per month:
- Your platform cost per customer = $497 divided by the number of paying customers you realistically expect in the next 6 to 12 months.
- Included add-ons you pay per sub-account (for example, $30/mo online listings or $79/mo SEO if you bundle them).
- Usage you do not rebill (any included credits you give away).
- Your time for onboarding and support, at an hourly rate you would accept.
- Add your margin.
An illustrative example, not a recommendation: with 20 customers, the platform costs about $24.85 per customer. Bundle online listings at $30 and you are at about $55 before support time. A plan priced at $97 to $197 a month leaves room for support and profit, provided texts and calls are rebilled rather than absorbed.
Software, service, or both?
Most agencies do better selling an outcome with the software included (for example, "we answer every missed call and grow your reviews") than selling bare software. A do-it-yourself SaaS plan means competing with every other HighLevel reseller on price, and customers still expect help. A done-for-you or done-with-you plan lets you charge for results and keeps churn lower.
Before you launch
- Write your own terms of service and privacy policy, and link them in the white-label settings.
- Decide who handles text-message registration for each customer, and price that work in.
- Test the sale link end to end with a real card in a low-priced test plan, then refund yourself.
- Put usage pricing in writing so customers are not surprised by text and call charges.
Frequently asked questions
Can I resell HighLevel under my own brand?
Yes. HighLevel supports a white-label desktop web app on your own domain and logo. Selling plans that create accounts automatically requires SaaS Mode on the $497 Agency Pro plan.
What is SaaS Mode?
HighLevel's FAQ describes it as turning HighLevel into your own sellable software: you set the price, sell subscriptions from your site, and the system creates client accounts and can rebill usage automatically.
Do I need Stripe?
Not necessarily. HighLevel's SaaS V1 billing runs on Stripe; SaaS V2 runs through one of your agency sub-accounts with any supported payment provider connected there.
