Different can mean both good and bad, take for instance a woman who is trying on a dress at a department store and after trying it on asks her husband “What do you think?” the husband responds “It’s different!” meaning he hasn’t seen her wear anything so awesome like that before, the woman thinks she’s ugly!….see what I mean?.
